Commissions: OPEN, means I am taking in work currently and to send your form over!
Commissions: SLOW, means I am still taking in work, but at a slower rate because I have a big work load currently
Commissions: CLOSED, means I am not taking in work currently, either because my time is full with other projects or I am on break.
